Hugh loves to cook, but whenever he cooks with mushrooms, Paul launches into an hour long verbal essay about which mushrooms he’s using, where they came from, and their uses other than food. Hugh complains about this, but secretly actually loves hearing Paul talk about mushrooms which is why he hasn’t stopped putting them in his cooking.
